Rachel’s skill lies in her ability to transform difficult, abstract or opaque concepts, policy or strategy into living documents that people can access and see the point and purpose of. It’s all about making difficult stuff easier so that people can recognise its relevance to them. And when they do, people are so much more likely to act on the message.
